Welcome to Info-Smog, a state-of-the art air quality forecast and warning
service delivered by Environment Canada, in partnership with the Quebec
Ministry of Développement Durable, Environnement et Parcs (MDDEP),
the Quebec Ministry of Santé et Services sociaux and its regional
Public Health officials and the City of Montreal. Initially launched in
1994 in the Greater Montréal region, Info-Smog currently offers
residents of southern Quebec, comprising 95% of the Québec population,
access to daily smog forecasts in addition to warnings when required.
